Camping Policies

As a courtesy to your neighbors, quiet hours are from 2200 - 0800. However, excessive noise and foul language at any time result in eviction.

Personnel authorized the use of Bellows facilities are responsible for their conduct, as well as their dependents, guests, and visitors at all times. Complaints from other patrons, Bellows employees, or Security Forces regarding excessive noise, disturbances, litter, open fires, or any other rule violations may result in eviction from Bellows AFS.

Length of Stay
The maximum stay is 14 days, and may be extended if a vacancy exists for an additional week, not to exceed more than 21 days in a 60-day period.

Bellows General Policies:
• Picnic areas are closed during hours of darkness
• Beaches are closed to swimming during the hours of darkness
• Privately owned watercrafts are prohibited from landing or launching on the shores of Bellows
• Hunting is not permitted
• Animals are prohibited on Bellows AFS
• Open fires are not permitted
• Weapons of any caliber to include pellet guns, air rifles, and BB guns are prohibited

Active duty military, military retirees, reservists, National Guardsmen and current Department of Defense civilian employees are eligible to use the facilities, programs and services at Bellows Air Force Station.
